Title – Internal Sales and Guardian Care Co-ordinator
Reports to Group Sales Director
We are looking for an Internal Sales Co-ordinator, an office based sales role working alongside service delivery team and sales people to ensure clients receive quotations and support with the online log book system.
Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, the role will involve liaising with clients and field-based sales team to ensure clients are supported in using the online customer portal. The role will invole supervising the internal sales assistants and making sure targets are met within the internal sales team.
The role will also involve assisting the Service Delivery teams in new contract mobilisation and if required meeting with clients and sales persons at the outset of contracts to ensure efficient mobilisation.
Coordinates and supervises all internal sales activity – quotations, renewals and responding to out of spec results.
Supervises Internal Sales assistants to ensure the above activities are carried out on time
Responsible for training of new staff and clients on Guardian Care online system
Responsible for training of new staff and clients on Guardian Care online system
Day to day support office staff and clients for Guardian Care online
Assists with New contract mobilisation
Attend pre-start meetings with new clients as required – liaising with relevant Sales Person
Based full time at HO
