Honouring Dedication: Celebrating 25+ Years of Service
At Marlowe Environmental Services, we are proud to have an incredible team of loyal and dedicated employees who are the heart of our success. On 17th July, our CEO, Andy Walls, and the Senior Leadership Team had the privilege of hosting a very special Long Service Awards Dinner to recognise colleagues who have dedicated 25 years or more to the company, including those who joined us through acquisitions over the years.
The evening brought together around 50 colleagues and their guests, for a night filled with laughter, nostalgia, and well-deserved celebration.

From heart-warming stories of career milestones to amusing tales accompanied by old photos, the dinner was a wonderful reminder of the people and personalities who have shaped our organisation. Guests enjoyed a relaxed evening of good food, fine wine, and heartfelt appreciation.
To commemorate this exceptional achievement, each Long Service Award recipient was presented with a personalised watch, a fitting tribute to the time, loyalty, and passion they have given to Marlowe Environmental Services over the decades.
