Celebrating Success: Shane Lynch Achieves Distinction in Leadership & Management Apprenticeship

Today, we’re delighted to celebrate the outstanding achievement of Shane Lynch, who has successfully completed his Level 3 Apprenticeship in Leadership & Management, achieving distinction across all areas.
Shane has always demonstrated a strong passion for self-development, and this apprenticeship provided the ideal platform for him to take the next step in his management career.
Reflecting on his journey, Shane shared:
“I learned so much about myself as well as new management techniques to help me in my current role. I was worried about the time it might take, but it fitted in with my day-to-day duties and I got loads of support. I no longer have that fear of approaching conversations that previously I had avoided because I don’t like conflict. The course guides you to manage using your own style as there’s no single approach to managing people. I would recommend this to anyone considering an apprenticeship. My advice is just go for it!”
