2024 has been a big year for our business, we have brought together all of our different brands under one name Marlowe Environmental Services. which includes 1700 team members. This means we can offer a wider range of services to our customers, including water hygiene, water treatment, wastewater management, engineering, air quality, property compliance, asbestos management, and training.
We’re also excited to share updates from our CEO, Andy Walls, who is celebrating his first year with the company.

- Prioritised a culture of continuous improvement, acknowledging and addressing areas for growth
- Supported our local communities raising over £20,000 for good causes
Looking ahead to next year, we will continue to focus on:
- Making our working environment the best it can possibly be for our colleagues
- Driving innovation and technological advancements
- Partnering with our customers, helping them solve all of their compliance needs with a true end to end product offering
- Launching new routes to market
- Continuing to strengthen our teams and culture through our industry leading training centres
